Volunteer Info
The Indiana Storm Track Club and AAU Region 13 thanks you for volunteering at the 2018 AAU Track and Field Junior Olympic National Qualifier for Indiana/Illinois! This meet would not be possible without your and your help. At the bottom of this page please find your name to determine when you need to arrive as the shift times have been altered slightly.
Field Event Saturday Arrival Time:Morning Shift– No later than 8:30am Afternoon Shift No later than 12:30pm
Field Event Sunday Arrival Time : Morning Shift- No later than 7:30am Afternoon Shift No later than 11:30am
We do ask that GATE and PACKET PICKUP Morning team arrive earlier to allow us to open the track
GATE & Packet Pick-up Saturday Arrival: Morning Shift– No later than 7:30am
GATE & Packet Pick-up Sunday Arrival:Morning Shift- No later than 7:00am

Gate Entry: Please check in at the Volunteer Table located outside Gate 2 on the East Side of the facility upon arrival to the meet on the day you plan to volunteer. Once you check-in you will receive your volunteer bracelet. If you are volunteering for Saturday morning, this will get you in the meet the entire weekend. This is a small thank you as Saturday morning is our busiest time of the meet. If you are volunteering on Sunday, please only purchase a one day Saturday bracelet and come to the Volunteer Check-in first thing on Sunday to get your entry bracelet for the day.
Food & Beverages: Lunch and water will be provided both days. We will be sure there is water coming to your areas each day. We will want afternoon volunteers to grab their lunch before reporting to their areas. Please be on time as you will be relief for the morning team. The Morning team should grab their lunch after their shift.
Misc: When you arrive for your volunteer shift, please meet inside Gate 2 just outside of the track at the east side of the facility. We will have a limited supply of Volunteer t-shirts These will be given when you check-in for your volunteer shift. If you know others that want to volunteer, please share this opportunity with them. Especially High School and College students in need of Community Service Credit Hours. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and can provide them with a letter documenting the hours.
