Outdoor Registration Info

The Outdoor Season Kick-Off Party and Registration will be March 17th from 3-5pm at Donato’s Pizza located at 1465 W. 86th Street.  The registration costs are below.  A Registration Packet with all the required forms is below.  Please print & complete all of these forms to bring with you to registration.  If you attended the indoor registration you will remember that this can get very hectic if you do not have the forms printed and completed ahead of time. We communicate via the text message and Facebook throughout the season, so you will not receive additional emails about the season.  Please be sure to sign up for texts at registration.

2018 OUTDOOR FEES

Payment and forms are due on the 17th.  If you are new to the team, please speak to a coach at the sign-ups to determine which membership is best for your athlete.  If you prefer to pay by card you can use the link below and in the note section, enter your athlete’s name.  If you pay before attending the registration please bring a copy of the PayPal receipt.




New Member: $400 per athlete if this IS your first outdoor session with the Storm then you are a new member.  Cost includes the practice sessions, athletes uniform, membership card, and meet fees for the State Meet, Regional Meet, and the Junior Olympic Meet. If you are a new member to the Indiana Storm Track Club we will also need a copy of your athletes’ birth certificate.

Returning Member: $325 per athlete if this is NOT your first outdoor session with the Storm then you are a returnee.  Cost includes the practice sessions, athletes uniform, membership card, and meet fees for the State Meet, Regional Meet, and the Junior Olympic Meet.

Associate Member: $225 per athlete.  This cost covers the practices and a t-shirt.

High School Member: $200 per High School Athlete.  This cost includes the practice sessions that will begin after the High School athletes’ season end.  Also included in the costs are the athletes’ uniform, Membership Card, and meet fees for State, Regional Meet, and the Junior Olympic Meet.  If you are new to the Indiana Storm Track Club we will also need a copy of the athletes’ birth certificate.

 

Practice:  Our practice location is typically Butler University Track. However, the practice site may vary throughout the season.  Practices for athletes not competing in High School track will begin in April. April practices will be one weekday evening and Saturday.  High School practice will begin when the athletes’ season is over with their school. We hope to have a practice schedule completed by the kick-off party.

 

Meets: We will have a variety of meets that have not all been decided to date. However, we will do our best to have a list of most meets by March 17th kick-off.
