Groups – Updated to include Weekdays

Conditioning times for groups are below. If you have not paid yet, you have not been assigned a group. Please make sure you are signed up for texts to receive the weekly location/time info. We will text you the location each week. Times may vary each week as well. Please be patient with us as we try to safely start up. Remember follow the guidelines below.

  • Social distancing will still be very important and we need you to talk with your athletes about the importance of practicing this.
  • If your athlete or a member of your household has been diagnosed with or exposed to COVID, or display signs of a cold, please do NOT come to practice.
  • We will ask all parents to remain in their vehicles during conditioning and practices when they begin. If you want to work out during your athlete’s training, you must go elsewhere to do this.
  • We can only accomplish safe training by practicing these rules until directed otherwise.

WEEKDAY SCHEDULE

  • Tuesday:
    • 5:30pm – Group 2 & Group 5
    • 6:30pm – Group 1
  • Wednesday:
    • 5:30pm – Group 3
    • 6:30pm – Group 4

Saturday SCHEDULE

  • Group 2 & 5: 1:00pm
  • Group 1 & 3: 2:00pm
  • Group 4: 3:30pm
