HOTEL: Hotels are very limited for this meet in Joliet, IL and the surrounding areas. The Indiana Storm Coach Hotel will be the Towneplace Suites located at 630 Bob Blair Rd, Minooka, IL 60447. You are welcome to book here at this hotel on your own. Please pay close attention to cancellation clauses for these hotels, as some may Advance Purchase only. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: The meet will start on Friday afternoon. The schedule is below. You will “gain” an hoit traveling to Illinois since Illinois is an hour behind us. Please note that arrival times will be stated as Illinois local time (CST). The 200m Prelims will begin at 3:30 CST on Friday, which means those athletes will need to arrive by 2:30 CST.

UPDATES FOR REGIONALS FROM MEET ORGANIZER:

Please pay close attention to the entries at live.adkinstrak.com.  That site will continually update and reflect all changes.  Please ensure that all of your entries are correct and email me any necessary adjustments.  

Listed below is critical information relating to the conduct of the meet and advancing to the national Junior Olympics:

Advancement:   Top 6 in Running and Field Events, Top 6 Relays, Top 4 Multi-Events Advance to the National JO meet in Greensboro. 
Tents:  Due to the large number of competitors, we are only allowing team tents in the following locations:
1.  Anywhere in the visitor side stands 2.  The top half of the home side stands.  
Team tents cannot be placed anywhere else.  
Schedule Modification:
Due to the large number of competitors, the Javelin competition will begin at 2pm on Friday.  All other events will be contested at their scheduled time.
Medals:  Please pickup your medals while at the event.  None will be mailed after the event is over.   
Hurdle Marks:  Hurdle markings for the 13-14 Girls 100m Hurdles are as follows:
13m to First Hurdle, 8.5m spacing, 30″ Height
This clears up a typo in the meet information packet.
Athlete Warm-up Area:We are working on a dedicated area for athlete warm up.  We just ask that athletes not warming up not impede athletes that are preparing for races/field events.  .
